We have a 7 working day return policy, which means you have 7 working days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be in the form of a credit note which is valid for one year.

To start a return, you can contact us at care@beautyworld.net.in If your return is accepted, please ship the product back to us within 7 working days at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at care@beautyworld.net.in
Can I exchange an item with another one on your website?
Currently, we are not able to process any exchanges.

1. When will my order ship?
Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days (ie Monday – Friday) except Govt. Holidays.  We process and ship orders within 24 hours.
Through what carrier do you ship?
We use DTDC COURIER OR renowned courier services for shipping. You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a Tracking Number.
Do you ship internationally?
we currently process orders only in INDIA.
